Fire Hose Section with 1 1/2" Brass Red Head Ends plus Other Connectors Adaptors

I bought these years ago when our small local museum was looking for donations of fire equipment for an exhibit. I bought these at an antique shop to donate, but they weren't what they were looking for, so they've sat on a shelf in my garage since then.  I really know nothing about these, so will describe as well as I can, and will rely on you to ask me whatever questions you have after looking at my photos and before bidding. Thanks for understanding. The section of hose itself measures about 20" long, and the brass ends are marked RED HEAD on one side, and NPSH on the other side. The inside diameter of these ends is 1 1/2". One end of the hose has a brass adapter, marked RED HEAD on one side, and 1 1/2" NPSH on the other end. This brass piece is about 4" long and swivels. The other end of the hose has an iron adapter that is marked 2 1/2 at large end and 1 1/2 on small end, and the other side is maked USA, 2B, and FM with arrow triangles pointing in both directions. That attaches to another brass double male-end coupling or adapter that screws into the 2 1/2" end of the iron piece. That brass piece shows no markings, and shows more scratches/gouges than the other parts. The brass items show patina and some verdigris; the iron section has some small amount of surface rust. Total lengtth when all connected is about 33". These are sold in untested "used condition", and as-is. Again, please ask any questions before bidding.
