Going through the last of my miscellaneous inventory from my failed Music Memorabilia store that I closed in 1996.  Some 14 years later and I'm still finding stuff to sell.  This is a 6x6 inch square sticker with the inside album cover design measuring about 4.5x4.5 inches.  The white border is yellowed now, I can't speak to how adhesive it actually is, but it still makes a great little collector's piece for any Motley Crue Fan.
