Double-jacket reel fire hoses are stronger than single-jacket reel fire hoses and can better withstand being dragged.
These hoses have a double-layer polyester jacket with a single-ply extruded EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) lining.
Pin rack and reel fire hoses lay flat when not in use and can be folded and stored on a pin rack or
reel to keep them out of the way when they're not needed. These hoses are commonly installed in buildings to provide the buildings'
occupants with fire hoses for initial fire response in an emergency.
The hoses' simple design makes them ideal for users who may not be familiar with using fire hoses.
They are designed to be used once and then discarded. The hoses have fittings on both ends for connecting to equipment and nozzles.
